Ezwim, a fast growing and innovative Telecom Management technology company, is searching for an ambitious Account Mananger who will help us to provide high quality and timely services to our team in Amsterdam.
This Account Management position is an exciting role which is primarily focused at retaining, cross- and upselling to existing Ezwim customers and partners. To be successful in this role, you will have great customer facing skills, a good knowledge of telecom services and products (mostly mobile) and experience with enterprise SaaS solutions.
We are looking for a self-starting individual who has knowledge of telecom services and who can deliver against set sales targets. Previous Telecom Expense Management or BSS (Business Support System) experience and working in SaaS based environments is a big plus. Clear and confident communications skills are required for telephone, written and face-to-face business settings. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential. A can do mentality is key to your success, working in an scale-up venture requires you to be flexible and entrepreneurial.
