CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
(40 hours – Brussels – Belgium)
Ezwim, a fast growing and innovative Telecom Management technology company, is searching for an ambitious Customer Service Agent who will help us to provide high quality and timely services to one of our leading clients in Belgium.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will represent Ezwim and its Telecom Management services at the customer’s offices in Brussels. You will drive the delivery of the highest possible customer service level as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
You will support the customer face to face and via the online Telecom Management platform. Customers will contact you with various questions concerning their mobile business phone. As Customer Service Agent, you are their go-to-person and it’s your concern to solve telecom issues the most efficient and accurate way. These issues include for example mobile device handouts and mobile operator subscription activations and changes. You will help employees with questions, handle the support process and administer changes in the Ezwim Telecom Management portal.
You will become part of the local IT team of dedicated professionals, however your role will have an independent character. Therefore, this role demands a high level of flexible and proactive skills, as we expect our Customer Service Agent to be able to operate on their own. You will mostly communicate in English, Dutch and French, both verbally and in written form. Clear and confident communications skills are required for oral, written and face-to-face settings.
