Ezwim has expanded the hierarchy options for its customers. Apart from the existing Division/ Cost center hierarchy, there is now the Superior/ Subordinate structure.
Division/ Cost center hierarchy, National Company
The existing Division/ Cost center hierarchy has a fixed number of levels (1 or 2, depending on the settings). This means that a telephone number is linked to a user, a user is linked to a cost center and a cost center to a division. It is not possible to link one user to another user. This hierarchy is strictly confined to one company (in practice this most often equates to one country, called EEM account)
Division/ Cost center hierarchy, Multinational Company
And for companies with several offices abroad, you have the option for an overarching layer (called EGV, Ezwim Global View).
Superior/ Subordinate hierarchy
In the new Superior/ Subordinate hierarchy, each user, except for the CEO of the company, has a manager (superior). And this manager has a manager, etc. etc. up until the highest level of the company.
Each manager can see the costs of all their direct subordinates and of all subordinates of their subordinates etc. etc. right down to the lowest level.
This hierarchy can be used for a National company as well as a Multinational company.
