My T-Mobile Pro gives companies control of their telecom

The new T-Mobile online service portal simplifies telecoms management for IT and telecom managers

The Hague, T-Mobile introduces My T-Mobile Pro: the new online service portal that allows large business customers to easily take control of their telecommunications. T-Mobile has identified a requirement in its customer base to provide a facility to manage their telecom requirements online directly for processes such as subscription activation. In a world of increasing complexity of telecoms (IT services), the requirement to have a clear overview without consuming unnecessary time is paramount. My T-Mobile Pro meets that need to organise telecoms for companies as clear and simple as possible.

Research by Telecompaper trade magazine and Partners in Telecom shows that IT and telecoms managers can be better informed about their company telecoms. For example, more than three quarters of companies are not informed of excessive calling and internet behaviour of employees by their provider. Through one clear dashboard My T-Mobile Pro gives IT and telecoms managers instant insight to and control over the cost of telephony and mobile data usage of their entire organisation. The online service portal also offers the possibility to directly control all other telecoms issues, such as ordering, activation, cancellation of subscriptions or changing phone settings from within a single environment.

In addition, My T-Mobile Pro monitors the status of pending status’ such as new orders and subscription changes, allowing the business to keep track of their administration within My T-Mobile Pro, such as registering devices in management and assigning new telephone numbers to employees.

Large business customers can use My T-Mobile Pro free of charge, providing the businesses with the power to implement much tighter controls on their telecom.

Collaboration with Ezwim

My T-Mobile Pro was developed in close collaboration with EZWIM, a global leader in supplying Telecom Expense Management solutions and provider of self-service portal solutions. Bram Cool, CEO of EZWIM: ‘My T-Mobile Pro distinguishes itself in the (Dutch) market by the number of functionalities that it offers, the ease of use and the security of the system with regard to data and privacy. T-Mobile Business is a forerunner in the market with this dashboard.

My T-Mobile also renewed

T-Mobile has also recently renewed its online service portal for the small business market. Since 1 March, customers with up to 20 connections can use My T-Mobile (formerly T-Mobile Management). For small business customers this portal brings together all the T-Mobile data under one roof. Besides its own data, a customer can also see the business subscription, consult the total invoices and change the subscription. Multiple users can also be added as an administrator, allowing several people in the company to arrange the telephone matters online.

The use of My T-Mobile PRO and My T-Mobile by corporate customers of T-Mobile Business is free of charge. The services are available from 23 May for the business sector.
